Hi there, I’m Tanzeel.
I founded Tutor4All on 7th August 2023, driven by a simple yet powerful mission — to make high-quality, personalised education accessible for students everywhere.

As a student myself, I’ve experienced the struggles that many young people face: needing help, but not knowing where to turn — or finding support that’s either too generic or too expensive. Tutor4All was born from those frustrations, and built with the belief that every student deserves support that’s tailored, trusted, and transformative.

Since day one, I’ve dedicated myself to creating a platform that removes barriers to learning — not just cost and access, but confidence and connection too. From matching each student to the right tutor, to offering flexible lessons that fit real lives, our team is committed to helping every learner grow.

Though Tutor4All is still growing, our goal is already clear:
To make education personal, purposeful, and empowering.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Student:

More than 24 hours before the session: No cancellation fee. The session can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Less than 24 hours before the session: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
No-show: Full session fee will be charged.

2. Cancellation by Tutor:

If the tutor needs to cancel a session, the student will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, the student will receive a full refund for the session.

3. Rescheduling:

Sessions can be rescheduled without any penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be subject to a 25% fee of the session cost.

4. Emergency Cancellations:

In the case of emergencies, both parties are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible. Fees for cancellations due to verified emergencies may be waived at the discretion of the tutor.

5. Payment and Refunds:

Payments for sessions must be made in advance.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for any cancellations made by the tutor or in case of eligible cancellations by the student.

Safegaurding Policy

🔹 1. Purpose

To ensure the safety, protection, and welfare of all children and vulnerable adults who participate in any Tutor4All tutoring sessions.

🔹 2. Scope

This policy applies to:

All tutors, staff, volunteers, and anyone representing Tutor4All
All students, especially children or vulnerable individuals

🔹 3. Core Principles

The welfare of the student is always paramount
Every learner has the right to learn in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment
We do not tolerate any form of abuse, discrimination, or exploitation
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility

🔹 4. Responsibilities

Respond to concerns promptly and appropriately

👨‍🏫 Tutors:

Maintain professional boundaries at all times
Use safe online platforms and follow Tutor4All's code of conduct
Immediately report any safeguarding concerns

🔹 5. Code of Conduct

Always act in the best interests of the student
Speak and behave in a professional, respectful manner
Never engage in inappropriate, abusive, or exploitative behaviour
Avoid private messaging students outside of the tutoring platform

🔹 6. Online Safety

Use secure platforms for all sessions
Record sessions (where agreed) or ensure parental consent
Encourage parental presence or awareness during online sessions

🔹 7. Recognising Abuse

Tutors must be alert to signs of:

Physical abuse
Emotional abuse
Sexual abuse
Neglect

🔹 8. Reporting Concerns

Urgent concerns? Call emergency services
All other concerns should be reported to the Designated Safeguarding Officer (DSO) below

Only share concerns with those who need to know
Any information disclosed will be handled sensitively and securely
