Founder message

Hi there, I’m Tanzeel 

On 7th August 2023, Tutor4All was born out of a vision I had to make quality education accessible to all. Since then, I’ve dedicated countless hours to turning this vision into reality, striving to build Tutor4All into what it is today. Throughout this journey, ensuring the highest quality of education has remained our unwavering priority.

 During my own academic journey, I’ve faced challenges similar to those experienced by many students. Unfortunately, accessing support and tutoring was often hindered by issues of inaccessibility or high costs. At Tutor4All, we are dedicated to breaking down these barriers by making education both accessible and affordable, without compromising on quality.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Student:

More than 24 hours before the session: No cancellation fee. The session can be rescheduled at no extra cost.
Less than 24 hours before the session: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
No-show: Full session fee will be charged.

2. Cancellation by Tutor:

If the tutor needs to cancel a session, the student will be notified as soon as possible and given the option to reschedule at a convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, the student will receive a full refund for the session.

3. Rescheduling:

Sessions can be rescheduled without any penalty if done more than 24 hours in advance.
Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session will be subject to a 25% fee of the session cost.

4. Emergency Cancellations:

In the case of emergencies, both parties are encouraged to communicate as soon as possible. Fees for cancellations due to verified emergencies may be waived at the discretion of the tutor.

5. Payment and Refunds:

Payments for sessions must be made in advance.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days for any cancellations made by the tutor or in case of eligible cancellations by the student.

Record all sessions with the consent of the student and their parents or guardians.
Encourage parents or guardians to be present or nearby during online sessions.

7. Recognizing Abuse:

Abuse can be physical, emotional, sexual, or neglect. Tutors should be aware of the signs of abuse and know how to respond appropriately.

8. Reporting Concerns:

Any concerns about a child's or vulnerable adult's welfare should be reported to the designated safeguarding officer immediately.
If a child or vulnerable adult is in immediate danger, contact emergency services immediately.

9. Confidentiality:

All concerns and discussions regarding safeguarding issues must be kept confidential and shared only with those who need to know.
Information should only be shared with relevant authorities when it is necessary to protect the child or vulnerable adult.
